Great for most Garmins
This device works well but I get a prompt when I use my gps this power cord doesn’t support the traffic signal so it is disabling traffic notifications. I was using a usb and fast charge before and was getting traffic notifications but also insufficient power notification. I was searching for the garmin oem part number and came across this one. I still want traffic notifications when I’m pulling my camper, so I’ll probably return this one.

It keeps it charged while driving
This worked on a road trip, It didn't come loose or anything. Still better to use a different cord to charge the device before putting it in the car, but this kept it on while driving.
