Easy to use

After leaving a review, due to receiving ta non-working item, I must say that I appreciate the outreach from the seller to resolve my issue with the item they promptly reached out, apologized for the nonworking item and sent me a new tens unit. The tens unit is working as it should be.I like the different modes, and the fact that they include so many different pads with the unit. I’m updating my review to a good buy.

The power of the impulse is superior to any I’ve used on the past however the documentation seems to have been written by a non-English speaker or was translated by an AI. It is difficult to understand but after messing around with it for a few minutes I was easily able to problem using the same program for two different sites on my body. Still trying to determine if o can run two separate programs simultaneously.

The unit was easy to use. Also it is very reasonable in the price. I just starting using it and I can feel it is going to do it job.
