Yummy pre workout
A take this daily. I love the watermelon flavor. I use it as an appetite suppressant and it works pretty well

These are great, I had a smooth flow of energy all day with no crash. I got a very weird tingly sensation on my right arm predominantly for about 30 minutes after I drank this delicious drink. No harm done, it passed very quickly though.

This is my go to pre-workout
This is a inexpensive and good tasting pre-workout that hits all the ingredients needed to get a decent pump. Like most pre workouts, it could be higher in the citrulline and arginine levels, but that's easy to dose separately. I add my creatine, citrulline and arginine to this for a mad pump. Wait for 20-30 min then hit the gym hard.

This stuff tastes amazing. It tastes so much better than any preworkout I’ve tried. It gave me a great energy boost for my workout and I didn’t have that gross itchy feeling under my skin!!! 10/10. I will be purchasing the other flavors.

Taste is good
It’s alright. Not as potent as others I’ve tried but it is wallet friendly. I have to do two scoop la to feel anything. Lasts a good gym session.

Favorite pre-workout.
My favorite pre workout, make sure you stay hydrated or your kidneys will hurt ! Mix well or it will taste weird . Helps with my strength like crazy! Helps me run faster, but I have to drink a gallon of water if I want to feel healthy. Steps are simple, easy to use . Please stay Hydrated, as this will lower your hydration, and stress your kidneys and liver if you don’t drink lots of water to flush it out.
