I have purchased 2 of these in the past 2 1/2 years &I couldn't have made a better choice .It has great suction qualities and it mops and sweeps very well.I had an issue with the one I had for 21/2 years and had to contact customer service ,they are top of the line .There responses to my emails were quick and the problem was resolved in lest than a week.I love my little guys so much theymake my life so much easier, they edge clean, sweep, mops and they don't talk back. They are a great help to me because of my bad back I am not able to clean.I reccomend this vaccum. The customer service is one of the best there is trust me.

Superb Service - Tech and Personal
Wow, Lynne really turned a sour situation for me into a great experience with her and Honiture.I really like my little Robovac - he works when I want it to and never, ever has any complaints or excuses. He's truly the workhouse in the house with 3 long furred pets (the teen is the worst though).Anyway, I sent support a message that my Robovac stopped sucking. To get the Robovac sucking again, Lynne sent me a new blower motor and detailed vids - it was a fun project. The part did come damaged from shipping, but that was beyond anyone's control. I kind of 'engineered' my own fix and it worked (of course). It was a series of technical and delicate modifications so I couldn't just use duct tape.Anyway, when I told Lynne the lengths I did to modify and install the motor, it was sucking again! Lynne was very proactive and a few days later, a shiny new Robovac arrived at my home to our surprise. Now we don't have to worry how long my 'fix' would last. Thanks Lynne! My disabled and beaten old body really appreciate the much less strain and pain on a daily basis. You are truly an Angel!Oh, the Robovac is great. I recommend emptying the bin after every use and doing a good weekly cleaning. I run mine 2-3 times a day - he gets under the furniture easily and is not too loud. The mop mode works well too with just warm water but it does not scrub. Our floors look very nice, all the time now. A great addition to my family. Never complains or seeks excuses, unlike my teen daughter...I can even use alexa to start and stop it if needed, but I keep it on a daily routine.

Does an excellent job
Realty agent suggested this little guy. I absolutely love that it not only can sweep our floors it can also damp mop them. Additionally, you have the ability with the remote control to pick up the speed on the suction. We have a lot of hard surface floors in this will actually go for quite a long time and do my whole downstairs of a 2600 square foot home. Thanks to another reviewer getting the name of theirs stuck in my head, ours is now called bruce. Bruce's docked in our laundry room which allows him to be readily available to clean our house. It does awesome on low pile rugs, medium pile rugs, hard surface floors and probably much more. It is only got stuck twice where once was on the marble around the base of our fireplace the second time was on a dog toy. For that one I got a good laugh.

Pretty good performance, some instruction/remote issues
It is amazing that a company can assemble such a relatively quality product and fumble simple instructions and the functionality of the remote. The instructions don't cover or fumble the following:1. Whether you can use any soap with the water. I found on the internet that you are discouraged from doing that but using a moderate level hasn't hurt my machine so far.2. How you get the unit to respond to the direction arrows on the remote. I found that the unit tends to start in auto mode. However, if I start using the arrows before the unit starts moving, or if I pause it and start using the arrows, it responds to the arrows.3. The instructions and the app sometimes use different words for the same thing. The app also has a random mode that is not covered in the instructions.4. How to use the map function.I'm sure I'm leaving a few things out. Sure, I eventually figured most of these things out, but it would have been a much smoother and quicker startup process if the instructions were better. It doesn't seem like it would take much effort to get there.Further, the remote is nice but not fully functional so you have to use the app in most cases. One of the glaring issues is that the remote doesn't cover the mode (sweep, sweep &mop, etc.), so you are forced to use the app for that. It would be super nice to just be able to use the remote and not have to unlock my phone, find the app, find the function, etc. Remotes are much easier. If you are going to provide one, make it fully functional please. These are all rather relatively minor complaints for a reasonably priced unit that in my three uses so far has worked pretty well. I haven't tried the mapping feature, again no instructions, but I have found that the unit seems to cover my fairly large surface area comprehensively. The first time I ran it out of the box and it had 73% charge, and I did sweep only, and the unit only ran for maybe 30 or 40 minutes. That was disappointing. It seemed to spend a disordinant amount of time in my bedroom. However, the second time I ran it on a full charge, close the door to my bedroom, and I did sweep and mop, and it covered my entire remaining floor (living room, den, kitchen, dining room, foyer, entrance area near garage door) with battery life to spare. It probably ran for over an hour that time. The spot functionality is also pretty cool and seems to work pretty well. I used it to clean up a specific area where some debris had gathered. It will take some time to fully evaluate. I suspect that there will be times I will want to supplement the units performance with manual sweeping or mopping, but I think this unit can take a lot of manual work off my plate!

Aesthetic functional cleaning
The robot design is aesthetic and have been using on and off for a year. It might have trouble cleaning if your place has a a lot of walls but overall, the cleaning function is great and it works well. When I had trouble with the robot, the customer service was responsive and got back to me in a timely manner.

Super efficient
the robot vacuum is really efficient. I have not tried the mob yet, but I am pleased so far.It was not expensive, and i believe it does an equal or better job than the $800 brand named robot vacuums out there.Thumbs up for our house!
