Adorable and great scooter
My pink scooter arrived early and packed well! Easy to put together! Once fully charged, ran well and loved having a removal key so the scooter can’t be stolen if left unattended. No problems running uphill on concrete but not so good on grass uphill. Does well on level grass or gravel and seems like a long lasting battery as I used it for 4 days at a resort on vacation and still have lots of battery power left. The ink color is so cute and got lots of fun comments on vacation!I purchased a cute backpack to attach to the seat for various things I wanted to take with me in addition to the sturdy basket. Loved that there is a charging port on the scooter to charge one’s phone if needed. All in all, I am so happy with my purchase. I purchased a different scooter 2 1/2 years ago where I had to put a bike cable lock on it if going into a place because it only had an on /off switch, no key, then after a year had to replace the batteries as they longer charge.d. Again this year had to replace the batteries, which were over $70.00 each time!!! This time, replacing the batteries didn’t run the other scooter! Turns out the charger connection has corrosion on the battery case! To replace the battery case was going to cost us over $300.0! So I decided to buy a new scooter instead of trying to fix the old one!So be careful when looking to purchase a scooter for a senior citizen like myself….my pink scooter cost me around $750.00 and so far is well worth the investment. My original scooter cost me $700.00 and ended up being a costly piece of junk! I have only had this pink scooter for a month and love everything about it! For now everything is great but will update this review in the future should any problems arise!!

Love this
I bought this for my Mom because her normal wheel chair is super bulky and heavy to lift. This scooter has a long battery life. It is super easy to get in and out of the car. She loves it. We take it everywhere we go!!

Works ok, battery needs to be tighten occasionally to make connection
It's pretty small, but works good. The battery just sits in place with a screw down knob so sometimes it needs to be wiggled/tightened to make the connection. Overall a pretty good scooter, maybe slightly overpriced.

Excellent scooter
Excellent scooter that serves its purpose well! It really isn't terribly heavy once battery and seat are removed. I have an Equinox and it fits nicely in the back! I've had 2 spine surgeries and lifting it up is not too bad.

Now what do I do. Update included.
I bought this Vocic scooter in February 2024. I live in snow country in NY. When I received this I brought it into my house and put it away until some time in April after the snow had gone. Now it's Sept 2024. I can use the scooter for approximately 1 1/2 hours without constantly moving. Then it quits. I take the key out and insert it back in the slot. Now I can drive another 6 to 10 seconds and it stops again. I have to repeat this several times to get it back to the charger. I charge the battery every night. During the day if I recharge it it takes about 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours to be fully charged again. I've had bad luck with this scooter. I had to replace the front wheels because the bearing fell apart in a front wheel. I like the scooter with it's nice seat that can be moved in any direction. I didn't put the light on it and I didn't put the mirrors on it when I got the scooter. I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone from Support. Do I spend almost $300 for a new battery? I don't hardly think so. The scooter comes with a basket and itis the handiest thing to have. I'm contemplating buying a new scooter from some other company but I really don't want to spend the big prices they want for one. I rated this scooter two stars. Reason is bad battery and bad wheel bearings. Both major issues. The front bumper is good to have. The wheelie bars in the back are a must have. Those are both pluses along with the basket. The cons outweigh the Pros. UPDATE: There was an issue but they remedied the issue. They sent me a new battery and it works as it should. They were very courteous and quick to respond to me. I just had to give the new battery a few times of going from full charge to almost dead. I use it almost exclusively on grass about 2" thick and run it most of the time on middle to lowest speed. Battery averaged at least 5 hours. I'm sure if used on just hard surfaces it would last a lot longer.

Gives my wife some of freedom again.
Does what it was advertised to do, looks good, is quiet, and very easy for her to maneuver around the yard and for shopping.

Worked for 1 month
First day putting it together the light and battery indicator worked , A few minutes later it didn’t, I tried calling for tech support and was unable to contact anyone . The phone just rang and hung up. I have it a little over a month and it completely stopped working . I wanted to return but I only had one day to box it and return it which is virtually impossible for me and my husband because we’re both disabled. I’m disappointed that we spent so much money on this and it’s a lemon.
