Bad taste
This has a bad aftertaste. And the advertising was confusing. I thought I was getting a hot chocolate/coffee mix, but what I got was an unreturnable, bad, weak-tasting poor excuse for hot chocolate. Even after mixing it with coffee, it was undrinkable and now I find out it is unreturnable, even though the other two I bought and liked are packaged the same way and are returnable.

What a waste
I was really excited to find this dairy-free product. Boy, was I wrong. It tastes awful. Really bad. Amazon won’t accept returns on this item. $15 bucks wasted.
