I purchased this product to assist with lowering blood pressure. It has been effective in lowering my BP and I have been able to cut back on medications. It needs to steep 8-10 minutes so give yourself adequate time. It only took daily use for one week in the AM to make a difference. Mother Nature comes through again!

I bought this on the recommendation of my niece and I'm glad I did. It is really good. I use it for both hot and iced tea. Really good stuff.

Great tasting as an iced tea. The cinnamon is very strong, but I like that.
