Perfect pot each time.Used almost daily for several months. Never had a pot that had that bitter, over-extracted flavor, nor the weak-tea flavor of coffee that runs through too quickly.Love the open/close option so I can snag that first bold cup without making a mess.Love that I can swap out the k-cup bit to make a cup of tea that doesn’t taste like old coffee.Love that it’s relatively compact.Love that the warmer isn’t so hot that it scorches coffee.

Will never go back to using Kcups. This coffee maker is amazing. Wide selection of brewing sizes. Broke the pot and was able to buy a replacement. Best coffee maker!

Our first order came damaged the carafe was broken and scratched burner. We got a refurbished one just a few days later, everything came “undamaged”like new and works just fine. However did not come with instructions so googled how to care for it or figured out on our own how to use it which was actually pretty simple. Makes very good coffee and really like the hot water feature for tea, hot chocolate or instant oatmeal.

When I found out about this, I was counting the days until my trusty Keurig broke. Finally the day came, and this replacement did not disappoint! First off, it's enormous, but gorgeous, and really makes for a fine centerpiece at my coffee station. Easily accommodates the super-big thermos that I couldn't fit in my Keurig. Very convenient accessories, with very helpful instructions for all us idiots. Suggested coffee/water quantity on the spoon/reservoir; beeps when it's done; a locking feature to prevent leakage. I admit to missing my Keurig's runoff trap, but that's a small price to pay for a heating plate.And the variety of features and settings is fabulous. Of course, the single-serve cartridge is a little deep, which makes extracting my reusable K-cup a bit tricky to extract (Especially right after it's been used and is boiling hot). But that's a minor nitpick in the grand scheme of things. This is easily, EASILY, worth the slightly higher price tag than the big-name competitors, and is a steal compared to expensive "premium" coffeemakers of comparable quality.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID! GET THIS!

I love ninja products had a earlier ninja coffee maker an thought coffee ☕️ taste good but as time goes on years that is needed to replace it seen ninja CFP 201 so thought I'd give it a try an man was I surprised at the taste I'm thinking it's the brew head so much larger so coffee get brew better an this one has so many better features you can brew different sizes has a much better sneak a cup feature slid the lever close grab you a quick cup with no spill like the older one warming plate does keep coffee hot much longer side water tank is a nice touch scooper gives you two sizes for coffee I find the larger is better for my taste an if you want just a one slid an now you can have K-Cups an my coffee maker is under my cabinet but don't have to bring it out to get ready for coffee just side top back insert paper filter pour coffee in side close pick your type of coffee setting I like classic brew an thier it is brew really fast an I can even make a thermos size of coffee has a really nice size clock an even a clean mode which is really nice so now no more bitter taste down the road this is really nice for the money now ninja does make others with more features but for me this one will do really can't say enough good bout this coffee maker if you get it an see all what it does I'm sure you'll agree with me haven't try the K-Cup out yet but will soon still enjoying this great tasting ground coffee for now 😀 OK just try the K Cup and works ok but one thing now not sure it'll be a deal breaker but after using one notice lower needle became clogged badly really had to work kinda hard to clean it which wasn't expecting that so wounder will this be after every use ? Well if so that's a stinky an not really happy to have to do that everytime I make a cup so still on the fence now cause it's not like I'll be doing K Cup as often an brewing but you decide I'm thinking 🤔

Disappointed with Renewed – Should’ve Bought NewI took a chance on a renewed Ninja coffee maker, hoping to save a few bucks, but it’s been nothing but frustration. From the start, it brewed intermittently—sometimes it works fine, other times it just gives up halfway through the cycle or doesn’t start at all. No error message, no clear cause—just a gamble every morning when all I want is a reliable cup of coffee.I expected a refurbished product to be tested and reliable, but this felt more like a gamble than a deal. If I’d known I’d be dealing with unpredictable performance and zero peace of mind, I would’ve invested in a brand-new unit. Buyer beware: a small discount isn’t worth starting your day with brewing roulette.

Absolutely love it! Frother is awesome and the scoop makes it easy to have a perfect brew. It does come with a warranty card that has a QR code for the owners manual, but I just googled the model number and found one online easier. Definitely peel the model number label sticker off the box and keep it in case you need to make a claim.

I was looking at my past orders and came across this. It’s one of the few appliances we have bought and NEVER had a problem with (knock on wood). Especially coffee/espresso makers we have tried many and and many have failed. This has been working flawlessly since 2023 now - no leaks, no grinds overflowing, no clogs. Coffee is always tasty and predictable. It works quickly! It’s just perfect, even if we only ever used it for pods I would prefer it over a keurig. The only thing is that I was annoyed the “frother” is just a whisk and not a steamer, but whatever - it’s for decoration at this point. So yeah, 14-15 months and counting with zero issues and that’s a rarity, so give it a shot!!
