Nuvida High Strength N-Acetyl-Cysteine 600mg -120 Vegan NAC Capsules - N Acetyl Cysteine Amino Acid with High Bioavailability and Allergen Free

NAC is one of the 7 supplements I take daily for my Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). Healing a fatty liver is very slow going, I had an issue with Paracetamol and Lansoprazole, cutting out the former completely and changing the latter to Omeprazole helped a lot but my levels were still way too high and refusing to budge anymore. NAFLD isn't treated on the NHS, they only monitor it with regular blood tests and scans when necessary. I got a book from Amazon at the end of 2017 about how to heal a fatty liver and have been taking these supplements since the beginning of 2018 every day ever since then. I don't actually feel any better but my bloodwork has improved massively since taking them and my doctor has told me that it is working so to carry on doing what I'm doing.These are easy to swallow capsules and at 1 a day the tub will last for 4 months. These are the best value ones I found at the time of writing this review.

Like most vitamins and minerals you dont notice amazing effects from taking them - and the antioxidant NAC is no different. This is a very good value product, especially the compared to the high street brands and Solgar. Its also made in the UK.

I use NAC on a daily basis. NAC is a precursor to our natural antioxidant gluthione. Basically when you take NAC it makes your body release more gluthione, which, in turn flushes any toxins out of your body. It’s a very good idea to use vitamin C with NAC as Vit C is used in the process of creating Gluthione.This product contains exactly what it states, it’s very effective and reliable. It’s a product I purchase on a regular basis as and when required. Great service from the seller too. You can’t go wrong with NAC it’s self, this seller and indeed the fantastic Amazon.NAC is amazing for flushing toxins from your liver. It’s better than Milk Thistle in that regard by a long shot. It’s also great for your lungs. I’d recommend anyone to take NAC along with Vitamin C on a daily basis.
