Elevates anything you use it on
This spread is phenomenal and adds a spicy vegetal kick to pretty much anything you put it on. I really wish they'd make a larger one because I'm going through it ridiculously quickly. Hot but not painful and the vegetable flavors really come through (in a good way). It's taken regular pizza, sandwiches, plain old bread, pasta, and vegetables to a whole new level. Basically the Italian version of Lao Gan Ma chili crisp. 11/10.

Vegan sauce, but it goes well with meats.
Typically, I use this sauce on pasta and pizza. But I tried it with roast beef, which was a delicious combination.

Great taste, small jar
Got it for making sausage. Jar was smaller than expected. I generally do 25# sausage at a time. Needed 4 jars for my spicy palate. Good stuff.
