Container arrived cracked underneath.....
....with contents spilling out. I have to buy another container in order to store it properly......disappointing. I've not used yet so no idea about quality of product. It will spill everywhere if I attempted to open it and cannot securely package to return. Container not fit for purpose.

Pure Source Nutrition magnesium flakes deliver magnesium chloride in its highest concentration, 47%, and is exactly how the solution arrives after mining. The quantities to be dissolved should not be compared to the ‘conventional' tablespoon of bath salts. The flakes will deliver exceptional levels of elemental magnesium once dissolved within the bath water.
Add salts to a warm bath (37-39°C is ideal). Relax and soak for at least 20 minutes. To help maintain general wellbeing, use around 100-250g (1/2-1 cup) 1-3 times per week, If you don't bathe as regularly, then you may prefer to have a more intense transdermal magnesium bath with 500g-1Kg (2-4 cups) once a week. You can use alongside other bath salts, oils and foams, so any bath can be boosted with Magnesium flakes.
Expert and therapist has some great ideas/hacks for how you can use Magnesium flakes at home, during lockdown and beyond. A Calming Sleep Spray – mix 50% warm water with 50% magnesium flakes and pour into an empty spray bottle, spritz over the decollete and arms as and when needed. A Soothing Compress for Tired Muscles – mix a solution of 20% hot water and 80% magnesium flakes pour over a flannel or small towel, squeeze out excess and apply the compress to tired muscles. A Salt Inhalation Experience – mix half a bag of magnesium flakes with 300ml of boiling water, allow to cool for 1-2 minutes then take a towel over your head above the bowl and inhale. You can also add 2-3 drops six oil super serum to aid relaxation. A Soothing Footbath – just add a small handful to a bowl with some warm water and let your feet, (and your mind) be pampered.
