Great Information, Lacks colors/infographics
The information contained within the book is great! Language used is easy to understand, and bullet pointed lists, tables, and clear headings make it easy to find and review info. Leslie Korn is a prominent figure addressing whole body health within mental health therapy. The main downside of this book is really the lack of visually engaging colors and infographics to help break up the monotony of the black and white print pages. Some spot color and visuals of the foods discussed would make this book more interesting to read through.
