Picked up over a month ago did not have a break still waiting for refund

This arrived, it’s ok, but had obviously been returned by a previous purchaser. It was part assembled and the tools for assembly were not in the box. I’m not impressed frankly, if should never have been dispatched incomplete!

A little lightweight turner that has the advantage that it can fold down and be taken apart easily.Can use it in a limited space,though it is a little wobbly and needs carer to be in control at all times.Good value.

The intent of this transfer aid is to help a patient or loved one to move from one sitting position to another. But the dynamics are not good and strength is required of the Carer to ensure the turn is stable and safe.

To bendy and didnt feel safe

Ordered this for Dad with decreased mobility. Be aware that information leaflet names parts that are already assembled and l sent first one back as it did not appear to have sleeved bolt and tool kit, but on receiving second one, discovered these parts already put together, though leaflet supplied goes into detail about how to do this. Feel a right idiot sending back first one ( which was brilliantly arranged by Amazon support) but as lady on my own, when told to lay out all parts and finding some missing, l thought it better not to proceed.When second unit arrived and l studied it again, l thought it was deja-vu all over again! But l finally realised sleeved bolt had been preinserted etc etc. Rest of assembly straight forward. Very robust piece of equipment. Sturdy, does what it says. I have experience in moving and handling, so have used similar before, would say practice on able bodied person first before using on a vulnerable person. Good product, great customer service from Amazon. Perhaps they need to add note to leaflet about sleeved bolt and toolkit in case someone else’s is as daft as me!
