Doesn’t make chicken crispy
I thought the point of this was to make meat both moist and crisp. It makes meat moist, but definitely not crispy skin

Amazing
I have just replaced my old Romertopf after more than 30 years use, as the lid cracked. I just love it for roasting meat. It’s tasty and doesn’t dry out the meat. Would definitely recommend buying one.
