Last one I bought died on after only few months so never got to the 6 month result 🫣

If this is the £199 product then I'm not impressed at all. Seems very cheap, the white box that comes with, is cheap quality, no brand or description on. The pen is easy to use and set up the suction power. Apart of this nothing else. Thanks

This expensive DermaWand Pro Anti-Aging Skincare Deluxe Microcurrent Facial System arrives packed in a very plain and cheap unbranded white cardboard box which made me question its price. The device and all the accessories were just loose in the box with no foam or plastic tray to hold everything nicely in place as you would expect from such a pricey bit of equipment. It also did not contain any instructions so I had to look everything up online. The DermaWand itself however is made well and is of good quality. When you turn it on, it emits a buzzing sound. The frequency can be adjusted from 1 to 12 using the dial on the side of the DermaWand. The sensation takes some getting used to for the uninitiated, but it is not painful, just tingly. After applying the provided gel, use the DermaWand on the lowest setting to get used to it before adjusting as necessary each time you use it. I haven't noticed extreme results yet but my skin does look brighter and more glowing. However I can't comment on the anti-ageing results yet. i'm sure using this device to massage my face each night is of some benefit however.

I didn’t feel confident in this device as it came loose with just a crumpled plastic bag over the top. The instructions were sourced from scanning the card and there was a video link of a lady pretending to use the electrical device by waving it around. Certainly not what I was expecting at the high price tag.

Having utilised a number of similar items in the past, my missus was keen to try this item out, considering the current £199.99 pricepoint she was anticipating great things... Item arrives in a plain white box, devoid of branding, not a good first impression if considering purchasing as a gift, especially as no additional molded packaging is included inside it. The package contains the wand, pre face treatment cream, bag and a QR coded leaflet, the box is oversized and no additional inner packaging is included to prevent items moving around, making the product appear considerably cheaper than it's current pricepoint. The lack of printed instructions is an annoyance given the pricepoint, the actual instructions are very good, but you really shouldn't have to scan a QR code to download them, considering the product is priced at £199.99. The wand is mains powered and is fitted with a UK three pin plug, this enables instant power but also makes the item somewhat restrictive in use as you can never venture far from the nearest socket. Adjustment is via the turnable knob on the device, it's ridiculously easy to use, just apply the included premptive cream, utilise the wand and apply a decent moisturizer afterwards. Unfortunately in this instance, first impressions count and whilst the product itself appears to perform pretty well in use, there's no excusing the poor packaging, lack of printed instructions and lack of attention to detail that a product priced at £199.99 should include as standard. A missed opportunity.

My first impression about this derma wand was whether the device is broken? Or ,the sound was because I haven’t removed the cap? The sound reassembled the sound the fly electric palette makes when killing them 😅. No instruction provided so I could t tell if this was the right sound a female wand usually makes or whether mine was faulty. I had to go back to the information so I could reassure on using it on my skin. I have first tried it on my hand and there on my face. I have noticed the sound is there only when not in continuous contact with the skin. It feels a bit like shock but very very low ,and therefore bearable. Down side is that there isn’t a on /off button so it starts as soon as you plug it in. You can change the levels ,but I don’t dare to go upper that 1 .and even it is recommended to use only one for the first months. I’m not sure how good this is or whether it can give side effects. Results are expected within 6 months therefore I am unable to advise on how effective it is. Presentation packing needs to be improved. Overall ,4 stars from me.

When I first received this device and turned it on, it scared me. It makes a buzzing electrical sound. For an electrical device that’s going near my face and want as much info and clear instruction as possible before I use it. These were not provided, or were but in the form of a qr code to find myself. There’s a dial on the base to choose the frequency from 1-12. I didn’t find it uncomfortable, I just was t a fan of the sensation or noise. I watched many video tutorials and started off on the lowest frequency, incorporating it in to my nighttime routine. I’m not a fan of the pre face treatment gel provided. It made my skin feel dry and I kept getting bits drying up and rubbing off. The cord is way too short it needs at least doubling in length to make using the device more comfortable and to be able to move more freely. I haven’t noticed any positive change in my skin whilst using and can’t justify the cost. I know some people love these but sadly not for me.
