I have been buying this same product many times now. I give my daughter half of a gummy as they are strong and work pretty quickly. It’s a bang for your buck and will last you a long time. My daughter sleeps great every time we use these. The texture is fine but the taste is weird.

We used the same brand of melatonin gummies for years and they were unavailable when we needed to reorder so I found these. My girls are picky on taste and they eat them and say they taste good. They work well and usually become effective in about 30minutes for us. The 1mg is perfect for us because we can use multiple of cut them in half for the kids. My kids only require 0.5mg up to 2mg for the older ones and these work well for all plus adults. I liked these so much they became my new go to brand!
