Great expanding file for crafting
I love this. I needed something to store my A4 and large scrap pieces and this is great for that. I also added my card as well into the different colour sections. It fits into my cube unit, and holds quite a bit of paper. I would definitely buy again, and may do in the future.

Happy happy happy
Just what I needed with colour and flexibility if going flatpack. Not used fully yet but so far feels sturdy and expands well with multiple slots.

Handy for temporary filing
I think that this kind of expanding File works best for temporary Filing, or for a fixed place File. But not for long term Filing.Because it has no lid. This is a plus for speed and easy access to the papers stores. Just reach in and reach back as you need to .No bother of fastening or unfastening the clasps of a lid.But the downside is moving the files about. What begins as a slim plastic A4 size wallet looking item will expand as you fill it up.there are thirteen sections with brightly coloured dividers making it easy to see what you need. The box is strong, you can carry it around but it is not so secure as if the ones with a lid. Also it might be too accessible to young children or pets that chew on papers.I like the File as it is and keep it nearby for everyday paperwork and then every 6-12 months I clear it out and either put the papers into a more conventional File with a lid or shred the papers.i think this suits me me very well as it stops my tendency to simply push more and more papers into a file without a clear out.

Deceivingly brilliant
I have tried a number of different storage folders like this and have been disappointed as they don't last or store as much paperwork as you would like. However, this one is really good! Many of the similar products I have tried that are on the market have one major design flaw, they only expand as a fan, the thickness of the middle of the fan, however this one actually expands horizontally and therefore expands outwards as more paperwork is added. Each pocket has its own firm base, which is strong and is able to hold a large amount of paper. It is reinforced along the bottom and side seams meaning they are secure and sturdy. My only negative towards this process is that the individual pockets do not have any tabs to label each section however it is possible to buy other products to add these easily. This is a great portable and easy to use storage system for all that paperwork that is perfect for work, home office, kitchen or children's storage needs.

Colourful and robust file organiser
I loved this colourful and robust file organiser. It comes with 12 different coloured A4 size pouches (landscape) plus a back A4 pocket. These pockets are ideal for filing bank statements, research ideas and papers. The product arrived with colourful stickers to label alphabetically, numerically or by months of the year. The file dividers are hardwearing plastic (as opposed to paper/card) and ideal for continual handling as they will not look worn or too badly thumbed after a time. However, the big negative for me is the lack of fastener. True, it can be placed inside a larger briefcase to carry to meetings but if placed in an office cupboard and dislodged, then the paperwork could easily fall out. I have a similar folder which sits out in the office but it has a lock and closes. This prevents dust accumulating.I am not quite sure how useful the handles are on either side of the organiser as if paperwork sticks out, then these handles have limited use and they are certainly not well designed for carrying the product around. All in all, this is a useful and colourful organiser but it does have limitations.

Good for light use
I’m reviewing the Landscape version of this product, not the Portrait version which looks really quite different from the product photos. This is a neat idea- a lightweight concertina-ing plastic folder that will expand out as you put more paper into it. It’s mostly well thought-out, with reinforced handles and easy-to-use divider labels. How efficiently it works for you will depend on how much paper you’re putting in and how evenly distributed it is between the 13 pockets. If you’re putting moderate amounts in- monthly household bills, bank statements, that kind of thing- then it might well be ideal. But if you want to start packing it with thicker paperwork, you might start finding it a bit limiting. The dividers are fixed into place at equal intervals and too much paper in one compartment means it starts to deform and you might need a re-think.For fairly casual home use, like keeping recent bills organised, I think this is a pretty good idea. For more intensive office paperwork use it might not fit your needs quite so well.

Very effective
I have the landscape version of this organiser, with black exterior and colourful inserts to divide the sections. It’s a fairly simple bellows design, but very effective for organised storage of papers. I like that the desktop space it uses can be fairly small if there aren’t many papers inside, and that it only expands to take more space as it becomes fuller over time. The coloured tabs make it easier to distinguish between types of papers, and there are handles in the outside walls to move it all around. I have my organiser set up for my household bills, with one section for gas and electric, another for the water, and others for bank and credit card statements. It is all made from strong plastic panels which are bonded at their edges so it should last longer than organisers made from card or paper, and it’s also easier to keep clean.

It's OK
I like this file because it is colourful and has loads of compartments, each colour coded compartment takes landscape A4 paper and there are also labels provided so the dividing tabs can be numbered, labelled A-Z or Jan-Dec.Things I don’t like about this file is it is pretty flimsy and it doesn’t sit very stable unless it has a number of documents in it, this then leads to the lack of space for documents, because there are so many files you can fit very little in each.Despite my gripes I have found a use for this file but I’d rather have a hard case file, so I wouldn’t rush out and buy another.
