Worth trying
I can't say I have noticed a huge difference in either my skin or my hair yet but these do not cause any issues and make a nice change from having to take yet more supplements with water. They are a relatively neutral in taste. I have ordered another bottle to ensure I give it long enough to see if they make a difference.

Great taste, convenient to consume and, good quality.
I am enjoying taking these Pure Encapsulattions Zinc chewables save these are not so chewy, more like a small lozenge, as seen on my photo. You receive 100 tabs in a bottle tub of which you can take 1 to 3 per day as and when desired or needed. The chews have a lovely, orange flavour and are a great way to ensure you are getting your daily dose of zinc, more convenient and much nicer than than just swallowing a tablet and they dissolve quickly. Stated to be free of common allergens and unnecessary additives is re-assuring and I have not experienced any adverse reaction whilst taking these. Pricewise, £16.71 for 100 tablets, even if taking 3 per day, is not unreasonable for a good quality supplement that is so convenient to consume. I could highly recommend trying these.

Seems fine for daily use
I ordered this zinc chewables to support immune system and help with my skin, hair and nails. Zinc is often taken to help keep hair and nails strong and is also known to support normal thyroid function. I’ve known the Pure Encapsulations brand for many years and trust them for their good-quality ingredients, so I felt comfortable trying these zinc chewables. The tablets are quite large, but because they are chewable, they’re easy to take and don’t need water. They have a sweet orange taste, with xylitol and mannitol used as sweeteners. They’re convenient, although I personally prefer capsules or tablets without sweeteners. I didn’t notice any aftertaste or stomach issues after taking them, which is a plus. The jar contains 100 tablets, and the suggested dose is 1–2 a day, so it lasts a long time. I take one tablet in the morning with breakfast. It’s still a bit early to see clear results, but I plan to finish the course. One downside is that the shelf life is quite short, with an expiry date of 07/2026. The price £19.66 feels reasonable for the quality of the ingredients.

Handy little immunity boost without the chalky aftertaste
I grabbed these mainly to support the immune system, especially with all the lovely germs our toddler seems to bring home like souvenirs. I’ve tried a few zinc supplements before, but the chewables usually taste like someone’s crushed up a coin. These ones are actually alright. The flavour's mild, a bit citrusy, and they don’t leave that metallic or chalky taste in your mouth. I’ve been taking one a day, and so far, no colds, no dodgy stomach, and no complaints. Also a decent option if you hate swallowing pills or just want something quick to take on the go. It’s the kind of thing I keep near the kettle now, just part of the morning routine. My wife’s started nicking them too, so I’ll probably need another bottle sooner than expected. Pros: Tastes decent for a zinc tablet Easy to chew and take on the go Gentle on the stomach No metallic or bitter aftertaste Good for keeping the immune system topped up Cons: Can be easy to forget you’ve taken one if you're used to capsules You’ll go through them quicker if more than one person’s using them If you’re after a fuss-free way to get your daily zinc without tasting like you’ve licked a battery, these are a solid pick. Straightforward and surprisingly pleasant.

Good Zinc Supplement If You Don’t Mind Sweeteners
I decided to try the Pure Encapsulations Zinc Chewables as an alternative to my usual zinc capsules, mainly for a bit of variety. I’d describe them as more “crunchable” than chewable, meaning they are more of a tablet than a gummy. As expected from Pure Encapsulations, the product feels high quality with clear labelling and minimal additives, although I was disappointed to see two artificial sweeteners included. The chewables have a sweet orange taste that’s pleasant enough and not overly artificial tasting which is surprising given the sweeteners. Being chewable makes them easy to take without any unpleasant aftertaste. Dosage is straightforward and easy to follow at one tablet per day, giving 91% of your zinc RDA. The tablets are a good size and easy to chew and the tub of 100 tablets gives you a good 3 month supply. As with most supplements, it’s difficult to assess the benefits immediately, but I like knowing I’m using a quality product from a reputable brand. Overall, this is a convenient to take, well-formulated zinc supplement. The quality is excellent as expected, although as with all Pure Encapsulations products they are quite expensive so not great value for money in my opinion. They were nice to try but on balance I'm not a fan of artificial sweeteners and want to consume as little as possible of them so I don't think this chewable is for me.

they are not pure! they contain sweeteners
The bottle is compact and holds one hundred tablets, which translates to anywhere from a month's worth if you take three daily, to over three months if you stick to one. On first glance, everything seems fine; the branding suggests quality, and zinc supplementation itself is straightforward enough. But there's an irony here: Pure Encapsulations chose to include xylitol and mannitol as sweeteners, which feels at odds with a name that explicitly promises purity. These aren't trace ingredients or unavoidable processing aids; they're deliberate additions to make the chewables more palatable. For anyone seeking supplements without such extras, whether due to digestive sensitivities, philosophical preference, or simply wanting the mineral without unnecessary additives, this is a problem. The product works against its own stated ethos, and that inconsistency is enough reason to look elsewhere for zinc supplementation that actually delivers on the "pure" promise.

high quality Zinc, pleasant subtle flavour
This easy-to-take zinc supplement is of high quality and does contribute to an improved overall wellbeing. The taste is very subtle and the product dissolves fast. No adverse reactions observed. I have used products by this brand before and will continue doing so as I think that even at a comparatively high price it feels like value for money thanks to its high quality.
