UPDATE: After 2 months it quit charging- so frustrating for Mom.This phone is working out great for my mom who is 92. She could no longer put in our numbers or find us in contacts. On this phone there is M1 and M2 and M3 where I put in mine and my brother's numbers for easy calling. It is easy to answer - just flip it open. I put her on a t-mobile call-only plan that is $20 a month.

Funciona bastante bien. Solo un poco difícil para cargar la batería, pues hay que moverlo en diferentes posiciones hasta que suena y empieza a cargar. Es algo incomodo, parece como si no hiciera un buen contacto con la base de carga. Fuera de eso, lo recomiendo ampliamente, funciona muy bien con AT&T

Great phone except you can't turn off the loud voice that shouts numbers at you when you're trying to dial. The only way to do so is put it in sient mode. This works, but it is unconvenient to do so whenever you need to enter a number manually.

Nothing against your product. My 77 year old father liked the big buttons, he didnt like the pictures as descriptions of phone services. We were trying to get him a better phone then his standard old flip, but he likes that.

Absolutely perfect! Large key pad, display & ease of use. I set it up on T-Mobile & haf no problems setting it up. I'm going to buy another one just for a back up. Great Product!

Phone doesn't always connect with caller and can't hear other person while talking. Reception is very bad. Seems to have a very weak antenna. Would like to return this product, but no option on amazon now.

I liked the look of the phone and the fact that you can answer “outside “ the phone,I have arthritis and sometimes I cannot answer the call in time before it goes to voice mail or cancels this way you can answer quickly without fumbling,the big buttons help in that I have more space for my fingers to chess the keys when texting I also like the dual sim so that I can use it abroad

A very handsome phone in red but my SIM card didn't fit. I might have persevered but the various noises the phone makes are really annoying ( for example when turning the phone on, off or closing it ) and I could find no way of turning them off or even reducing their volume. Why manufactures think these sounds are a good feature is a mystery to me. Ringtones deafening for those without (much) hearing loss. Returned for refund.

this phone drained the battery before day was out and it was not linked to the internet. Spoke to Amazon and it has been returned. As am an OAP I needed the phone with me for emergency. It was no good with the battery going flat. I even brought a new battery but it drained that one as well.It has been posted back to Amazon and I am awaiting a refund which was not come through yet. very disappointed.

Nice looking phone and I like that it can be charged from a cradle. However, the instructions are basically useless and despite trying various ways it is impossible to add new words to the vocabulary when using text message. Also really hard to add people to your contact list. On the plus side it's good to have the torch when unlocking doors on dark nights.

top, flip half, is slightly wobbly, but the various noises you get from it is helpful. very easy to use, and it genuinely does look good in the red! and it is small !! will fit just about anyones pocket, you will still hear it cos it is quite loud ! having had enough of all the complications that come withn a smart fone, and the 10 second battery life, i am glad i chose this one to revert to :-)
