Good machine, poor accessories but great after sales service.
The machine is great but the pads started to separate vey quickly. Update, since I did the review Batoca have contacted me offering me a full return and refund. Ive told them I was happy with the machine just not the polishing pads. They have sent me free of charge a new set of pads which I am happy to accept, which is why I’ve upgraded my review. They have been very easy to deal with and I am more than happy to recommend their product due to their after sales service.

Good value so far
I have only used this once so far to polish up ghosting from old graphics and faded/chalky yellow paint. I only used polish not a cutting paste and it did a great job brought it up like new paint and removed the ghost letters. I have a big van to remove the ghost graphics from so we will see how it goes with that if it ever stops raining when i have time to do it.
