Quality Good Looking and Fun - Small raised patio garden
Good quality planter and assembly was so simple. I especially like that it has a drain plug and water indicator instead of drain holes that leak dirt onto my patio floor and I am able to tell when my plants need water. This company has a number of selections and colors and it came very well packaged.

Better than expected.
Easily assembled and thoughtfully designed; this planter was perfect for my deck. Sturdy even after a full bad of potting soil This is a great option for a little herb garden on the deck!

Solid product for the cost
I have to say, I really like this planter. I have three of them now. They take two minutes to assemble, they are sturdy enough for all the soil/compost/vegetation I packed them with, and my produce is growing just fine in them. I have fancy wooden raised beds too, and though smaller, these do the trick well. The shelf is not very strong, so don't put anything of significant weight on it. The water gauge is relatively useless, but I obsessively check things daily anyway. I will use the starter sections next year when I start seeds inside. I can't speak to how they will keep up over time, but for the price, I recommend the product.

10 Thumbs up (I put my two thumbs up five times)!
This thing is awesome. I got the black one to go with the color of my deck and its very cute. It has a nice wood grain look and its so well made and simple to put together and it has easy to understand instructions (no tools needed). Its also pretty sturdy. I'm using it to grow herbs outside that I plan to bring into my basement for the winter, so I can stop spending so much money on grocery store bunches of herbs I never fully use up. Only caution is that is a good size but its not huge. I think I'm going to be able to grow about 8-10 bunches of herbs in it. So if you're planning to grow a lot, you may need more than one. Otherwise, I honestly love this thing. The water indicator and little seedling planter is perfect (the seedling planter has holes for drainage...they thought of everything). Also the extra water collects in the bottom but doesn't just pour out...you have to pull the rubber plug to do it....which is great because 1) I don't want dirty water all over my deck and 2) the water can be saved for re-watering because its nutrient rich. Last point, its a very nice finish plastic so doesn't look cheesy or cheap. Usually I only like wood, metal, etc...but this almost looks like stained wood panels and will be much, much easier to clean and will last forever without maintenance. Trust me, I'm picky as hell about decor items and functionality and this is a really cute piece for being plastic. Its a definite buy and thanks to the manufacturer for building a good quality, very cute, very environmentally friendly planter. And the little shelf underneath helps to hide our ugly deck light switch and holds my watering can and citronella candles...sooo awesome! Thank you!!!

Gardening for idiots!
I have no idea what I'm doing, but for some strange reason I got this overwhelming urge to garden this year, for the first time in my life. I don't want to make a proper garden in my yard until I figure out whether this is just a passing fancy. So I bought this thing for my deck. I planted 6 herbs plants I got from home depot (mint, thai basil, rosemary, cilantro, parsley, and thyme). It's been about a month, and they've all exploded. I was pleased with this result, so I bought another and planted chives, jalapenos, regular basil, lemon balm, and white tea. Glorious success. I've now purchased a total of 4, and this is getting out of hand. My strawberry planter is gloriously lush after only about 2 weeks, and I'm giddy about my tea garden. Is this what happens when you turn 30? You get excited about planters and the kinds of herbs you use to season food? That is kind of depressing but whatever, I can now make pho on a whim without going to the grocery store, so win. These things are stupid easy to use. The self- watering feature and little floaty leaf are great for a ditzy novice like me. Setup was easy and quick. The whole thing feels really flimsy and cheap, but functions perfectly so I can't complain too much. Looks pretty nice- a little bit cheap but not too ugly. I think these things are great overall- I definitely recommend them. I do have to say they're rather spendy though- they're literally half the price at home depot fyi.

Works great
This is such a cute elevated raised garden bed. It works really well and I can fit quite a bit in it. It went together easy and I like the seed tray but am not using it.

Nice planter but missing seedling tray
Overall this is a nice planter. It seems sturdy and was very easy to assemble, and the water reservoir/drainage system is clever. I'll update the review after it goes through a few rains so I can see how well it works.Customer service seems to be an issue though and is why I'm only giving this three stars. I ordered two planters, but only one came with the green seedling tray shown in the photos. You have to deal directly with the manufacturer for any issues, and it seems like the contact options on their website are disabled after hours (I couldn't even fill out a web form). When I got a hold of a rep by phone during office hours, she said she would send me an email that I could reply to with my information so they could start a claim. The email arrived pretty promptly, but when I replied with my information I got a failed delivery message (mailbox full). Not sure whether I'll keep following up because it really shouldn't be this difficult when parts are missing. So be aware that customer service doesn't seem to be great if you have issues with your order.
