Works perfect for what I need it for

I bought this for my elderly dad originally to replace his roku. The android image doesn't support most streaming apps! Who knew? The processor runs on quad channel ram, so it can handle using streaming services via the browser, so no harm; no foul. It still isn't good for people with low patience.I kept it for myself, put retroarch on it, and am just using it for retrogaming.

I order boxes quite often this is a good buy

I was able to install core elec with no problem. I use one in the living room and one in the bedroomi was able to open the box and put black tape on the led because I was not able to find a way to turn them off I drilled holes in the top for heat

Its a good option for emuelec. I'm not sold on using it as a android box. I like the light on the top of the box.

Probably a decent box with decent specs but I barely used it. I have Hulu to stream my TV content. No matter how hard I try I can't get it to work with this thing. If you want a true streaming box I would stay away from anything that comes with an air mouse capable remote control which is not needed with Android TV. It did seem to work with most other apps in some form or another though.

I did not play with the build in android much. The box is very solid built with accurate spec. This box can boot into coreelec easily and kodi works great. The lights around the box edge can't be turned off other than build in Andriod. Overall very good product.
