I have consistently used this appliance since its arrival. It is an excellent addition to the kitchen and has the heating coil pattern that makes for perfectly prepared foods. The thermostat is such that you can keep a casserole warm or slow cook a roast during an extended period of time. I am very pleased with product.

Love the performance and ease of use
I like the way the heat is distributed across the whole pan. I like that it comes off and is easily cleaned. Used about a month and the coating looks like it will hold up.

The center is slightly bowed upward and does not heat evenenly throughout the whole pan.
I works, but doesn't get very hot. I do like the removable pan though.

Not good
At the highest temperature (400), it barely browns my pork chops. Good size, but it doesn't cook.
