My daughter, who has only been playing piano periodically since she switched instruments in middle school, is now completely enraptured by her piano again! These simple yet iconic musical pieces wraps your mind in a comforting blanket as you play them. Highly recommend to younger piano players and 'rusty' piano players who need something simple to get into the groove again. Of course, you must know how to read musical notes - Google Translate can only help with the titles ;)

Absolutely adorable, great print quality and cute artwork. Great for a total beginner (~levels 1-3), or sight-reading if you are at beginner/intermediate level. The binding is a little stiff so you'll need a sheet music clip or similar to keep the book open.Another reviewer has provided translations, but to add to that I created these page numbers too, which are super useful to print out alongside the sheet music so that you know which song you're looking at.4. Understand that this music book is only in Japanese with no translation. I thought it would at least translate the titles but it doesn't. I had to play each song to my student to see if they recognized the song. It would have been helpful that it showed an actual page of a song.

I'm impressed with the quality of this book! I haven't played any of the songs but would recommend.
