If you're a person with multi-faceted projects, such as kitchen and bathroom remodeling and/or reconstruction, you need a zippered three-ring binder with dividers to keep yourself organized and sane throughout the term of those projects. And then you need these "Pencil Pouches" in which to carry your writing rods (be they pencils, pens, markers, whatever) and your pocket-sized digital camera. Don't forget the camera! I simply added a thin fabric and Velcro wallet to hold the essentials, my phone and small tape measure to one of the pouches and I was ready to go anywhere at anytime. No more cluttered purse and certainly no unsecured cell phone and, of course, no bulging pockets. And the see-through mesh mini pouch makes finding small things so easy. So, you need pouches - we've already determined that -- and you need good ones. Get these. Don't get those awful plastic ones that get so dirty and deformed over time. Besides, they are all press-and-close and we all know, they never really press and close. Zippers! Just the sound makes me feel more secure. Alright....class dismissed.

This is a very nice pencil case for the cost. Two sections: bigger enclosed section and then a slightly smaller mesh section which is nice for storing usb drives, etc. Can't say I use pencils very often, so I actually use this for pens. It certainly does a fine job - I haven't had one of them escape yet. The metal-reinforced holes would allow you to put this in a binder - if that's your thing. You may still have an old Trapper Keeper from the '80s, or whatever. I'm not judging you. But definitely a buy that I won't regret! If you need a pen/pencil case, this is a steal at the price.

In the age of computers, laptops and smart phones, I feel like such a dinosaur because I still use a binder and write lot of notes. The fact that this pencil case can be included in my binder helps me keep things organized. I have different binders for the different jobs and projects that I do. Each case holds various things that I need for different tasks.

These are great! Very sturdy and holds a 40 pack of mechanical pencils and still isn't bulky or stuffed. Packs in my bookbag nice and flat even though it's loaded.

I use this pretty much exactly how you think I'd use it. I put it in my binder and use it for pencil/pen storage. It's quite nice that there is extra internal storage inside of the bag. Granted, it's not a lot of extra storage but a nice little pocket for whatever you can use it for. All in all, definitely worth the price. Seems like it's nicely built and will hopefully last me awhile.

Haven't exactly used these yet, but the quality on initial inspection was great. The pouches are not super rigid (which is a good thing) ... they are pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Sturdy, not rigid, and good build quality / material.

These are good quality zippered pouches that seem like they will last for a couple years. I dislike so much buying new supplies every year, so I purchased these in the hope that they would last more than a year or two. I was impressed with the quality and I do think they will last a long while. The canvas is not too stiff, but firm enough to stay in place.

I like the size and sturdiness of the product. I like that is has two zippers to hold different things. It is just what I needed.
