Put out the heat easy install. Great price. Had a question called customer service got answered no problem. Great product. Great company.

The venting is a pain to install. Not for someone who has no experience installing gas heaters. Good heavy heat exchanger and I like the compact design. Quiet operation.

Keeps my small house nice and cozy. Easy to install. I like that its vented outside.

I do not recommend, sketchy exhaust design where the exhaust attaches to the burner chamber, can't be used with a thermostat like my old unit, unit sometimes won't light and makes a terrifying whooshing sound until I turn the unit off, after 1 season the unit started to release a horrid plastic stench , it took 10 years for my old Cozy brand to do this (burn through) the BTU rating is doubtful because the gas hose nipple is sized for gas fireplaces, smaller diameter, the units secondary heat deflector had only one screw installed so hangs down. it never released Carbon monoxide so there's that. unfortunately Cozy no longer sells to the public, bite the bullet and get the more expensive brand still sold to the public. I will be tearing this unit out in the fall after only 1 season.

Installed and we’ve had nothing but problems. Initially, it just took many many clicks to light the pilot, and now it’s fully malfunctioning. Scary flame and smoking.Awful to start, but it definitely heated the room well for the month that it was working.

Got this for our camp. And it works.Keeps the place so warm.
