Works well and can't really fault the heater/thermostat. The app is ok and works via Bluetooth. It makes it easy to adjust the temperature setting but the tracking of the 24hrs of historical temperature is a bit confusing and it only has one channel so you have to switch between them if you have more than one heater and as there is no ability to edit the heater name you are stuck with the built-in I. D. Which makes it awkward to know which heater you are viewing if you have more than one.

Didn’t realise there was an app for the heater for easy use, easy to keep track of the temperature & turn it up or down from any room in the house, perfect 👌 🫶

Worst heater I've ever had. Looks the part but doesn't regulate water temperature at all.Was set to 27 and worked fine for 2 days and then was all over the show 18... 27... 20. Shrimp died.App is terrible and all in Chinese

During this hot weather our kitchen got very warm. This caused the temperature of my Bio Orb to slightly raise. This was easily controlled by the phone app. I would recommend this product.

The real-time temperature monitoring ensures peace of mind, allowing me to keep an eye on my tank's conditions without constantly hovering over it. Plus, the voice alarm feature adds an extra layer of safety, alerting me promptly to any anomalies.Despite its technological prowess, I've encountered some issues with its reliability. There have been instances where the heater failed to maintain the set temperature consistently, leading to fluctuations that can stress out the aquatic inhabitants. While the automatic power-off feature is supposed to prevent overheating, it can be overly sensitive at times, shutting off prematurely even when the water temperature is within safe limits.Another drawback is the limited temperature range. With a range of 15°C to 34°C, it might not cater to the needs of all aquatic setups, especially those requiring lower or higher temperatures. This lack of flexibility can be a downside for hobbyists with specific temperature requirements for their fish or aquatic plants.While the smartphone control and safety features are impressive, they're somewhat undermined by inconsistent performance. Overall, it's a decent option for those seeking convenience and peace of mind but may not be the best choice for more demanding aquatic setups.
