Petrainer Replacement/Additional E-Collar for Dog Training Collar PET998DBU

I love these training collars. Five stars. I love the fact that you can do "beeps", "vibrate" or "zap" on two different collars. The "beep" is supposed to be the "good dog" thing, but for our dogs for some reason they feel the "beep" is "you have done something wrong". So he is a great dog with the occasional beep to reinforce when he does something wrong. I did had an issue with one of the collars that stopped taking a charge after two years, which is why I had to buy this replacement collar. But the cost is very low compared to the other collars we have tried. if you have a dog, you could really use this collar. If you have two dogs this set (two collars and one controller) is a no-brainer. Great collars, great company.

Does not pair with PET998DRU transmitter, contrary to what other reviews say. Really disappointed because I can't seem to find the correct receiver to pair with that transmitter.

This is my second one. Most effective item I've found to control barking with my blood hound.

I received this collar yesterday and today it stopped working... couldn't be more disappointed.

I love these collars! I purchased a set of 2 about 2 years ago for my dogs and they have been amazing. I like that I have the ability to switch between sound, vibrate, and shock. Most of the time both of my dogs respond well with just the sound mode but there are times I need to switch to vibrate and/or shock. It's great having all options in one device. I did have to buy a replacement collar sooner than I'd hoped but I think thats because my larger dog thinks the smaller is a chew toy and bites at his neck/collar quite often which likely caused one to stop working sooner. I would purchase again!
