Collar works great. Response time is a must for training. Absolutely no delay on signal from remote to collar. Easy to use and the battery is really good. I had more expensive collars before. This is up there and the price for this collar is amazing for what you get. The only thing I would change is the collar strap part. I prefer the buckle type. I wIll just take it off another collar strap and swap but that is my preference. If you wanted to use the original strap it will work great too.

Purchased these as a replacement for my PetSafe training collar that died. These collars are seem very similar and durable, however, they have a bigger range of both the shock feature and the sound feature. This one also has a vibration mode which my dog seems to respond to very well. Overall, these collars are great and it came with 2 collars for both my dogs. I did use customer service because one of the collars stopped working. They are sending me a new collar and customer service was great and easy to deal with. I would recommend this product!

The media could not be loaded. The collar is amazing actually works for my dog great! But the collar is already torn up! And no my dog doesn’t chew on it nor is he have it on but from for a few hours a day. I am upset over the fact I’ve only had it for 2 weeks and it’s falling apart.

I got these in March 2023 and they worked great. However, the black collar stopped working. It won't charge, basically fell apart whereas the other collar (orange) is great and still works. I have two dogs though so having only one collar when I bought two and expected both to be the same quality is no good. No replacements? That seems crazy when one collar is fine and the other collar is clearly defective. Both should work.

Worked great at first. I received these collars at the end of May. By the beginning of July one receiver was already no longer able to charge. Last week the other one quit working. I had these exactly four months and now neither work. Waste of money! Spend more and get a nicer collar. I bought a better one and it has worked perfectly!**Updated review**After being contacted by the company for my one star review, their customer service has been good enough to up their rating. They offered a refund or replacement of the product and in less than a week I received new transmitters in the mail. I have one charged and ready to try out. I will update again to post if these replacements work for the long haul and the initial ones were glitches.**second update**Both receivers have again stopped working, it’s been less than three months. Great customer service, great product...when it works, terrible product overall. I also have a dogtra collar which has worked wonderfully. I would not recommend this product.

There are certain things that I look for in a E-Collar. Unfortunately it is very hard to find them all in one product.Good range 300+yards, waterproof remote and collar, replaceable collar, back lit display, recessed buttons, Independent stimulation buttons ( separate buttons for shock, vibe, and beep), 1 charger that charges remote and collar at the same time, easy pairing, constant on collar or rapid wake-up mode with remote.This one hit all these marks except for one. While it dose have independent stimulation buttons, the types of stimulation share the same intensity level. So while a 4 shock is plenty strong, 4 is a very weak vibration. Ideally I would like to Vibrate and then shock if needed rapidly so that I can catch the unwanted behavior. This remote would require me to change intensities in between vibrate and shock commands and then change back again for vibrate. This is just not practical for training. The vibration needs to be of a set intensity sufficient enough to get a dogs attention and then leave the level setting for shock alone.

We have two Yorkies, one of them likes to jump the fence and attack dogs 3xs his size 🤦🏽‍♀️ The other one likes to bark and egg it on! These collars work well to train them! They adjust in size and were easily trimmed to fit a <10lb dog! We only had to use th shock on about 10 to get their attention a time or two, otherwise the beep and vibrate work very well! The single remote works easily to switch between up to 3 dogs. The charges last about a week! Great product! Would recommend!!

When working, they are effective, however, we has to have the controller replaced as it would not take a charge. Now, even though fully charged, the collars are turning off. Corrections are not made.

Works on most areas

Je suis très content de mon achat. Ma chienne court beaucoup et très vite. Après un peu d’entrainement (2 ou trois scéances avec laisse) pour intérger le fonctionnement du collier, je peux maintenant aller dans de grands espaces et la laisser courrir jusqu’à épuisement. Il faut cependant utiliser les stimulations statiques correctement. Pour ma chienne il s’agissait de détourner son focus, où qu’elle soit, pour qu’elle focus plutôt sur mes commandes. Pour ça, c’est merveilleux. J’utilise donc des stimulations de petite intensité... et les niveaux sont, selon moi, l’élément le plus important sur ces colliers : plus fins est l’ajustement, plus efficace et varié peut être l’intervention. Jumeler avec une récompense, l’entrainement devient carrément impressionnant. Pour ma chienne, au final, ça récompense est de courir sans restriction (sauf pour sa sécurité) et elle est maintenant plus libre avec cet appareil.

Bought it for our older pet who is now hard of hearing thought the vibration would work better than a sound….the vibration does not work for him, he doesn’t understand it.
