This product had clearly been opened by someone else. It was missing parts and other parts were already broken when I got it. Considering whether to return it. I was able to put it together because my son was excited to ride it for his birthday. But ultimately it's disappointing to buy a new product and find it has already been picked through.

The bike is solid, no loose bolts or screws, and the frame is very well engineered. Shocks work great, gears change easily, and it is overall very light weight.

It's a good quality bike that's easy to ride, aside from the seat that it comes with I have no complaints whatsoever. I use it all the time, the price makes it all the better as bikes are so expensive and this one offers a great experience for the price.

Unexpected. I have this unwanted sound coming out of chain socket when I ride the bike. I tried to figure out the issue and I fixed the chain support, I think chain is hitting the support when I try to turn gears down. I buyed this bike just a few weeks before, I followed assembly instructions properly, now I am complaining to amazon and they are not responding to my complaint. They want me to contact manufacturer directly.

Received the bike in one large box about a week ago. Costic Brand 26" Mountain Adult/Youth. The cost was about $200 and it took about 10 days to receive it. It is a Beautiful color Teal-Blue and Black with easy on/off bar. Seat feels a little firm so maybe a little more gel for comfort while riding. Instructions for assembly were easy to follow and took about 30-40 minutes. Due to bad weather no one has had the chance to ride the bike as of today. Planning to ride as soon as possible. It will be ridden for recreation and exercise and will mostly ride on road/pavement. As I get use to how the bike rides, the braking system and how to change gears it will become possible for me to ride off road.

Forks bent. Welded crooked. Not damaged in shipping. Garbage from factory. Obviously no inspection of quality where it’s fabricated. The rest of bike seems fine. F’up as a homemade computer

I only write in this city. This has been not involved flats since I got it.If you're gonna buy it, I hope you've got a lot of patches. Buy a lot of these

I will say after a couple tasteful mods it's a pretty good bike a little on the heavy side but all know good bang for your buck
