Bought this refurbished. Looks brand new. Packaging was the only obvious difference between brand new and refurbished.

I have had problems since day 1 and now the device will not power on. Since day 1 only one of the controllers work so i had to buy new ones, the system freezes often so i have to restart often. By far a waste of money and of course I can’t return it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

It's been amazing for my son! Works like it should and so far so good as far as how it functions. It looked brand new and the controllers work properly and charge as they should. Recommended highly. My son has been wanting this for a couple years and he is very happy with the system.

So I bought a refurbished nintendo switch for my dad for father’s day and unfortunately the hdmi port was finicky and we couldn’t get the tv to read the console. Customer service was super helpful and was able to send a replacement. It arrived 3 days later and so far so good. Got it all connected and hooked up

Item was received just like new (except for packaging but I knew this upon purchasing). No blemishes and charges perfectly. Accessories were like new too. Would definitely recommend buying refurbished if you’re on a budget.
