Silicone Rubber Watch Strap/Watch Band Replacement for Swatch (17mm 19mm 20mm)

My original swatch band was decent, but the linkage that connects the two straps broke. Kind of odd for metal to break with not too much stress, but that is the case. This replacement item is actually better in every way (comfort, strength, appearance). Seriously. And the item was really easy to install with the little tool that is provided. I have no complaints. I'm thinking that the original purchase should have just used this particular band to save me the extra hassle of buying a replacement.

Looks durable but its difficult to install and after installing it, the band doesn't move like the original one. I could not use it as a replacement and I just used the plastic frame part and put it on my original band. But the plastic frame is a bit bigger so the fit is not perfect.Why is it so hard to get a decent swatch replacement band?

Bought the strap to replace my Swatch strap that broke. It was delivered promptly, and it was easy to replace the strap. However, it doesn't fit perfectly with the watch. There are gaps where the straps attach to the case. And the color / sheen of the replacement strap (black) differs from the case of the watch (a different black). I don't mind the mismatch. It just looks like a different watch now. The price was right, so it's probably a good solution for most folks.

Worked well with the existing watch, and it was dead easy to install thanks to the included tool. Well worth the price, though have to wait and see how durable the strap is. So far, great!

Quick shipment, the item is generally as described, and it does fit my watch, but it's not the same as a genuine Swatch band. The buckle side of the band has flanges on the material where the lug holes go through (where the band attaches to the watch), and these flanges prevent the band from lying flat when you put the watch down (unless you force the flanges into the lug). I suppose you might trim the flanges, but that might also compromise the strength of the band. That said, I'll keep the band. They all wear out eventually.

It is relatively easy to install with the tool supplied by the vendor. It fits perfectly on my Swatch Irony watch (It will also fit other models (Check it before ordering it)It is flexible and will adjust perfectly to your wrist.Eduardo
