Amazing gimbal, that worked right out of the box perfectly, after a month or so mine stopped stabilizing for some reason, but from the app I was able to contact support and got it sorted right away!

We were looking at lots of cameras, but this option for a gimbal to use with my son's phone was perfect and so much more affordable. He loves his and is making so much use of it.

I'm actually really disapointed in this product. I really wanted to like it but I found myself fustrated. I had a gimbal before from hsn that was just a gimbal without AI tracking. Believe it was the Moza Max Mini. It was incredible with stablization. This Aochuan XE had poor stabalization in comparison. With Moza was able to maintain position no matter how I move handle up and down. The Aochuan arm collides with my galaxy s24+. I can't even move the handle too right upward without it flipping 180 degrees. I use to like doing this with the Moza mini because I could have the handle rightside but almost flush to a table if I needed to get a good view of something. This aochuan is garbage in comparison. I wanted to like the tracking but I felt the app tracking was too jittery and would lose what its tracking. I thought it might be the lighting or settings in the app but its not. Nice that the app gives you option to track body or face. But very bad. The AI tracking attachment is slightly better but still has issues. Slightly smoother and less likely to lose tracking but it places the tracking very low on the screen for vertical portait view. So in other words you videos will have your face in your videos in the bottome half of you screen. What a bunch of wasted upper space. Your tik tok video will look weird. The body tracking in the app was better at this. The Moza gimbal I had, had face tracking within its app and it was much better and smoother for being something outdated. I feel like returning this gimbal because it just doesn't do what I need it to do. I want to create dance tik tok video that track me but it seems this won't be able to do it smoothly. I'm very disapointed for how jittery it is and how it lose tracking even with the tracking attachment. I also dislike how my phone hits the gimbal arm easily and how limited the range you can swivel the handle.

It’s really helpful but they need to make it sturdier, had it less than a year and both buttons are gone, it’s already having physical problems. Great machine, great battery life, good for a first gimbal, great for beginners, makes awesome videos, extremely helpful app. Your phone determines the quality of the video

Mein Mann hat nach einem Selfistick gesucht, der stabil ist und nicht einfach nur 0815. Dieser hier liegt gut in der Hand. Kann auf ein größeres Stativ geschraubt werden. Man kann das Handy einspannen und über Knopfdruck die Position ändern von horizontal zu vertikal. Sogar mein Samsung Note Ultra passt hinein, wenn auch nur noch ganz knapp alle kleineren Handys haben also auf jeden Fall super Platz. Lädt man sich die passende App dazu aufs Smartphohn hat man viele weitere Möglichkeiten, wie zB Gesichts-/Objekt-/Bewegungsverfolgung...Tipps zum Filmen etc. Ich mag es, dass ich über den Stick heranzoomen kann und die Schärfe regulieren. Zusätzlich gibt es auch noch ein Licht, dass man magnetisch über dem Handy befestigen kann, um bessere Lichtverhältnisse zu schaffen. Da der Stick wirklich stabil und gut verarbeitet ist und auch sicher steht, wiegt er natürlich auch etwas. Hat man ihn sehr lange in der Hand, wird der Arm schon mal lahm. Ich kann ihn empfehken und sagen, dass es sein Geld auf jeden Fall wert ist.

Good quality item, I have nothing to compare it too as this is the first gimbal I have ever used but I am impressed with the build quality and versatility. It is exactly as described on the site. The manual is basic but that hasn’t caused any issues. The app is easy to navigate.
