My baby is just starting to teethe, so I needed a solution. These tabs work wonderfully for his fussiness and irritability. They are small tabs, they dissolve quickly in there mouth so no need to swallow. All natural and the value is great. I did taste them myself (I always taste things that I am giving to him) and there is essentially no taste, so it's wonderful.
