Carditone 30 caplets

Had very good results using this in lieu of pharmaceuticals. Brought my 155/100 down to less than 120/80. I started with 3 per day and reduced to one. Eventually about 3-4 months later my BP normalized on its own with diet and exercise. Five years later I'm at 110/70 on a plant based diet with exercise. The thing to keep in mind is that you're treating symptoms with medication or supplements and not the cause which is the standard American diet.

This supplement got me off my blood pressure meds and has kept me off for a few years. When I stop taking it, my BP goes back up. It's an excellent product.

Have used this for 4+ years. Went off for almost a year and blood pressure went back up. So back on I went. Have not checked pressure since starting again though.

I always take this together with my blood pressure pills. It helps lower my blood pressure.

Sorry for my rant but this is my experience.Let me start of with some stats.I'm 35yo 5'11 184lb very athletic build. I do endurance and strength training 3-4 times a week roughly 2 hour hard sessions. I do not use any pre- workout or supplements besides protein for recovery purposes. I do drink whiskey often and eat crap food from time to time like munchie boxes. I suffer from very high BP for the last 3 months I've been around bouncing 140 to 190/120 with a resting HR 45. Yeah I know crazy. I started taking Caditone on a Wednesday right after a workout during lunch I took 2 tabs 5 hours later I took a 3rd and drank plenty of water. While I was sleeping that night I got very bad leg cramps almost like my hypertension released it did not feel good at all ,my calf's and feet felt like I had lactid acid in them the next day. I took 1 more pill in the AM and headed to the gym. I guess I didn't expect this product to be this potent but it made working out very hard. The natural pump I normally would get was non existent like my nervous system was asleep and my strength was just missing. After getting some cardio in to get the lactid acid out of my legs I checked my BP at the local grocery store down the street and I was at 118/76 and my heart rate was increased to 80bpm but I was not relaxed, It was very warm and I was walking and just got out of the gym and needed to head to work asap. To say the least I was very sensitive to this product and I will be taking 1 pill every 2-3 days and see if I can find a balance.

Awesome product!!!I have very HBP 210/120 and after about a month of taking this supplement is 150/90I am very hopeful and will take it until my doctor tells me it is ok to stop!!!
