I really like the customer service and if you had a problem with something in the laptop or was confused with something they are quick to respond and provide good reasons. The laptop also has stays charged for long hours it runs well and smoothly with a large screen. So overall I would recommend it for work and other uses like entertainment,editing etc.

This laptop is quick and responsive. I like the larger keys and the 10-key on the keyboard. I would have given it a 5 star but there were issues with setup and there is no immediate resource available for assistance from the manufacturer, only an email address. While the company did respond later in the day, I had already resolved the problem. This is an area of concern for me because I don't feel comfortable with a product that can't provide prompt troubleshooting help. As it was, it wasn't the laptop that was the issue, it was a Microsoft issue. I researched the solution online and that was really frustrating, so I decided to call Amazon and return it since I couldn't get it through the setup function. The Amazon representative took the time to really help me and gave me the solution to the holdup, which worked. I kept the laptop and I am glad I did. In this case, Amazon is the hero and the manufacturer is the goat.

Out of the box the computer did not work. I charged and followed instructions and the first screen once powered on says in recovery mode. Trying to set up the computer was not smooth the touch screen doesn’t work even though it asks you to use the touch screen and as soon as you try to do the step to set up a pin it gets stuck. I had to hard power down to get it out of that screen because the regular power down would not work; it needed me to slide a power off on screen which the computer could not perform. When it turns back on you have to perform all start up steps again. Will be returning. I would provide 0 stars if possible

it's a good laptop for the price, it can be a little slow at times but other than that it works great. a huge upgrade from my old laptop that would barely let me do anything on it.

I would've loved to leave a nice review of how well this laptop worked but since I couldn't even get pass the initial start up screen to sign in to it I guess I just can't say. This purchase was truly disappointing and not worth the hassle for something I wasn't even able to use.

I use this laptop for general web surfing.

I am not a gamer, but this computer met my needs for Office, Zoom, and watching TV shows and movies. It does all of these things as well as my other PC that cost twice as much. I bought this for traveling and it is very lightweight. It seamlessly imported all of my files from my other PC.The only issue is the keyboard, and that's not even really an issue. The keyboard includes an integrated number pad, which really threw me off on the right side. I kept hitting the 9 on the number pad instead of backspace, etc. I guess I just have to get used to it!
