Not impressed
Minimum order was 2 packs which had a best before date of only 6 weeks. Had to return them as would never use in time available.

attractive to pond life
I use them to feed tadpoles in small pond. the tadpoles seem to like them and because they float you can see the nibbling that goes on. Important not to put too much in at any one time as the uneaten sticks can foul the water. Feed twice a day only.

A hit with our fish
We have a small garden pond containing a selection of standard Goldfish, Fan-tailed Goldfish, Shubunkins and Sarasa Comets (all between 2 and 6 inches long). Our fish have been eating a supermarket-brand pond stick, which although they have eaten, they haven’t seemed overly fond of and frequently left the sticks floating on the surface, therefore we had to remove them after a certain length of time. When we first used these Aquarian pond sticks, they were quickly snapped up in a feeding frenzy and so we put a second lot in, which also quickly disappeared. This has happened on every day since, so they seem to be a hit so far. Compared to the supermarket-brand product that we had been using, which were multi-coloured, the Aquarian ones are plain brown and therefore do not discolour the water. The Aquarian pond sticks are also quite small, which makes it easier for our smaller fish to eat and digest straight away. It’s useful that these are suitable for a wide range of different pond fish, including Koi.The other nice thing about this product is that pouch that they come in is resealable, which is useful to make sure none get spilt or wet.
