Add a little honey for taste.
This is my second time ordering this tea. My father in law who is 80 years old recommened it for my joint pain. It has eased my pain decreasing my need for otc pain pills. I plan additional orders to keep a good supply on hand. I think it is worth a try if you like natural options for pain management. Research the product and of course check with your doctor.

Not sure about the quality
The tea bags were dingy with light and dark shades of brown. I'm not sure if that should be since the slides showed a white tea bag filled with the leaves.

I absolutely love this tea. I have at least one cup a day. Now I just have them ship it automatically. When I travel, I take it with me. I don't go a day without a cup. It has a great flavor but I do add a little bit of honey.
