A kitchen shear has always been on my wish list, so I was anxious to try this one out. I've used it to "carve" a couple of whole roast chickens and to cut up a couple of racks of spare ribs. I'm very impressed with how quick and easy the process was. The features of these shears that I really liked:— The shears are very sharp and very sturdy. For example, cutting through the breast bone and separating the drumsticks from a whole roast chicken was almost trivial. Much easier than using a carving knife!— The shears fit well in my hand, were easy to control, and made short work of separating the chicken at the joints and cutting up the spare ribs.— These are easy to disassemble, and are dishwasher safe.— The blades lock together for safe storage.— An extra spring is included.My only quibble is that it would be nice if some sort of sheath was included to keep the shears from rattling around in the drawer. This is definitely a "keeper" tool for my kitchen!

Not what i expected! I figured it'd be cheap, and ready to break in a month. These things are seriously heavy duty! Just beautiful! Got them for my husband, and he loves the heck outa them! The versatility is amazing, and they are shaaaarp! Definitely worth it!Thank you for making such an amazing product, actually affordable! Very appreciated!!!
