Vacuum completely dead after six months. Will not charge or do anything. For this cost level, that's unacceptable. For the functionality while it did run, it was an okay, in between vacuuming kind of thing, to help keep pet hair down. These are nice for little spot cleaning, but they don't really clean. I have a single long haired cat, and a dog, and nearly every single day, this thing gets clogged, and I have to manually unclog the the thing so it can be sucked into the larger receptacle. I specifically got the larger receptacle so I wouldn't have to deal with it daily, but I do anyway. The whole self emptying thing is a ruse if you have pets, since it gets clogged so easily. I have chronic migraines which are affected by sound, and this thing is too loud. I can't run it during the day when I'm awake, or it will trigger my migraines. I thought that this thing would be better than the types I bought five years ago, and it does a better job at detecting edges, but not enough to be worth the purchase. Buyers remorse is extremely high with this thing. Just don't. It's a total waste. It cleans so poorly with just the dirt that in six months I've been completely unwilling to trust even trying the water. Can you imagine having a tool you trust so little that you can't even attempt to bother with half of it's capability? That's how bad a job this does at vacuuming. Sooooooo bad I won't even try to let it mop under supervision. It leaves piles behind, it just pushes things to the corners, and what it does pick up, just gets clogged, and you have to follow it around to make sure it doesn't tear up stuff.

This is a terrific vacuum. We have owned it for a year and a half and it would clean the whole house, avoiding potential hang-ups, doing carpets and throw rugs, and returning to dump. Recently, it no longer does the whole house because the battery has weakened. It just stops and has to be put back on the charger. The OEM battery is no longer manufactured, and third-party replacements are problematic as they may not recharge on the station. I've noticed that a new version of the battery advertised as compatible with the E10s no longer lists it.

it worked perfect for 3 months, then one of the side brush motors stopped working. 3 months later the mop function stopped working. 3 months later the second side brush stopped working. Last week, the wheels started "slipping" with no out of the ordinary resistance. The app was pretty well made and easy to use, but this doesnt seem like a good long term solution. If it makes sense to throw this out and replace it once a year for you, then go for it. but im gonna look into roborock now for a replacement. maybe spending more money is worth it long term
