Looks like a nice kit but screws are too small for license plate.

Put a 8647 license plate on my truck and caught multiple people trying to steal/deface it. Swapped the screws for these security ones and now people give up before they start. People still suck, but at least now my stuff isn’t getting stolen.

Ordered a third set of these license plate security screws; one silver and two black. They look great and work perfectly. They come with everything needed, including the security bit, vibration dampening pads and plastic caps. When you consider how much of a pain it would be to replace you license plate, these are a bargain. Plus, my vehicle is black, so I added a black license plate frame and these black screws just disappear, improving the entire look of the vehicle. Highly recommend.
