I wanted it to work for me.
Everything was great but there was one major flaw that I couldn’t over look, excessive Wow and Flutter ( couldn’t keep consistent speed ).Vocals and instruments sometimes sounded like they were under water. I guess I need to spend more to get better sound. I will say that the Bluetooth performance was very impressive!

Decent value if you can overlook some things
My unit was bought from PE as the price on Amzn hiked $70 after the new year for some reason, you can still get them for 180 at PE with a promo code. The standout issues to know about this turntable is for the price you can be sure corners were cut somewhere. On my unit the queuing arm is basically useless as the rubber platform does not drop completely out of the way when you lower the queuing arm, so it maintains contact with the underside of the tonearm and interferes with playback. I needed to push lightly down on the rubber piece to force it all the way so that I could A - correctly set my tracking force, and B - get my records to actually play. If you can live with that, it's a pretty nice component, the gloss wooden finish is nice and the silver knobs and metallic tonearm all look and feel great. And the sound is good depending on the quality of your records, mine haven't been played in decades and they probably need a good cleaning.
