Super smooth and sharp
I love all the knives from this set. There is nothing I haven't loved about them. They make all my cutting tasks super easy just like the chefs on TV! I've slowly been upgrading my kitchen utensils as I exploring cooking and I highly recommend getting some great knives and utensils to make cooking more enjoyable. I also need to warn you.... If you are used to a cheap set of knives, I highly recommend you using safety gloves while cutting with these. Little mistakes you made with old knives may not have actually hurt you but these knives are super sharp. I almost lost my fingertip when the produce rolled while cutting. I was very fortunate. These are serious knives for serious jobs and serious people. I absolutely love them.

I'd Buy It Again!
I got this for fileting fish. My buddies use typical brands, so I guess you can say I wanted to be "special" and show up with a different style of filet knife. This did the trick and works great.The handle is comfortable and is made of quality wood. I'd say it is a better value for the money than anticipated. It is about 11 inches long and looks sleek. My friends all asked me where I got it.

Amazing knife!!
This knife is amazing!!! Since I’ve had it I have used it to cut all my meats and it slices with ease. It came out of the package super sharp and has a little bit of flare to the looks. My wife loves to use it for her charcuterie boards. I would highly recommend it especially for the great price, this knife is leagues ahead of any other knife this price.

Watch that thumb groove
Overall, I like The knife. Biggest Complaint would be the texturing on the back of the knife where you should be able to get an extra grip when you choke up on the handle. The way that the text ring was cut out leaves a bunch of hard edges, which just is not comfortable. Also, it grabs on the wash rag when you’re cleaning it. I’m going to take a small file and smooth those edges out and I think that will make it a much more comfortable knife but overall it’s got a large handle to grip, and it does get the job done.
