Our Light Roast was the first blend ever created by CRU, and revolves around three brilliantly speciality arabica coffee beans from Mexico, Peru and Ethiopia. The Mexican bean grounds the coffee in a rich, biscuity earthiness which is lifted by the floral of the Peruvian bean, whilst the overall character of the blend is brought together by the positive acidity and fruity citrus of our exceptional Ethiopian Simdamo. Our coffee beans are certified 100% organic and fairtrade which means no nasty chemicals or aggressive farming practices. We constantly invest in our packaging and pods to leave the smallest footprint possible on the planet. Once opened, keep our coffee capsules in an airtight container and consume within 4-5 weeks.
