I have two herniated discs in my neck which I get cortisone shots in every 6 months and it has been working up until recently where I am waking up with horrible neck pain, and I'm not due for shots for another few months. It has been so bad, that I decided maybe I need to try a different pillow (because I have trouble sleeping also and wake up frequently).I have tried tons of different pillows in the past including My Pillow (which didn't help), and countless others, some expensive, some inexpensive. I found this one just by chance and read some really positive reviews about it especially for neck injuries, so figured I'd give it a try. My biggest regret is that I didn't look for a pillow a long time ago! On the very first night I actually slept soundly, compared to how I usually sleep - which is awful, but most importantly, woke up with NO neck pain. I couldn't believe it!!! But then I said to myself, it's still early, maybe I should wait a week or so before I give it a review.It's now been over a week and I'm finally sleeping so much better, so much more comfortably, and not waking up with pain being the most important thing. I still have some pain in my neck throughout the day but at least I'm not waking up with it.I'm a side sleeper and wasn't sure how it would be with this pillow, but it's actually the most comfortable pillow I've ever owned, no joke. I've already told a few friends about it who have trouble sleeping. It fits perfectly in a standard pillow protector and pillow case. I love the feel of it and the support on my neck. It has excellent shape retention and the quality seems superior to many other brands.I couldn't be happier with this purchase and just hope it lasts for a long time. I will try to remember to update this review after owning for a month, in case anything has changed.

In 2017 I had neck surgery fusing C3 - C7 which has really compromised my neck. I keep trying different pillows of all kinds of support, product the pillow is filled with, if it is for a back/side sleeper and the list goes on and on. Last week I purchased the Osteo Cervical Pillow for Neck Pain Relief thru Amazon and have been very satisfied with the quality of the pillow as well as the support and pain relief it has provided. I am primarily a back sleeper but do switch to my side at times during the night. From the very 1st night I have been able to go to sleep having a very restful night and awakening in the morning with a neck that has felt the best since having had my surgery. I even plan on taking the pillow with me when we go on vacation in a few weeks. I do recommend people at least try this pillow if you have neck issues especially since there is a 100 night trial to see if it works for you. It has worked for me and I am thankful for that.

I had low expectations before receiving this pillow. But the first night I used it- wow. What a difference from a regular/non-contoured pillow. I did a side by side and tested the regular and this one and the neck is SO much more supported with this one. I haven’t been waking up with a headache and a stiff neck like I often had. There’s not a ton of room to put your arms like it shows, but having that wasn’t crucial for me. It levels out your upper spine enough to get a healthy, comfortable sleep. It is definitely on the firmer side, which I like. Too soft of pillows are actually damaging to your neck muscles. Overall, pretty good pillow !

I used the MyPillow religiously until I started having neck and shoulder issues. I had to end up finding a better pillow and came across this cervical one. It has worked wonders for me and I will admit that I didn’t fancy it at first. I gave it a good chance though and I have to say that I wish I can take this with me when I travel as well. It has relieved so much of my neck pain since I’ve been using this. I’m a side sleeper and can also lay on my back for short periods and it seems to work great either way. I can’t speak for belly sleeping though. It’s soft but firm enough that it keeps the support you need if that makes any sense. I use the lower/flatter side which is where I put the remote for size. The other side is too high for me and hurts my neck. I think that might be for taller people. Either way, I highly recommend. I think it’s worth the money. I paid around $50 for it…can’t remember exactly. I know it was enough that I questioned the purchase but now that I’ve been using it, it was worth it.

This pillow has taken my neck and shoulder pain away! Depending on if you are a back or side sleeper, you can choose which side fits you best. It provides excellent support, keeping my neck and spine in-line while providing the comfort I need to get a good nights sleep! The quality is great and the cover can easily be removed to be washed.

I wasn't sure how I would like the unique shape, but it was clear upon using the pillow that the design was well thought through. Helped me sleep better and have less neck pain. Seems to breath well and keep my head/neck area cool as well. 5 stars!!

I love that this pillow keeps your neck aligned while still allowing you to have fluidity in how you move around throughout sleep. I am a side sleeper and stomach sleeper, and this pillow still makes sleeping that way so comfortable. I have had years and years of neck issues. Tried many many types and styles of pillows, both cervical and normal pillows. This one has so far been my absolute favorite. It's just right as far as softness and firmness go. I'm sad it took me this long to find it, but glad now to have it.

Big, sofa, cool pillow was a need. This cervical pillow, though not thick, is very comfortable. I never slept on my back because the regular pillow seemed to force my head up cutting off my air. This pillow allows me to sleep well in all three positions.

Oh man it’s d thing I was looking for years, it’s just Awesome pillow , used to have regular discomfort in my neck every day when I get up, no more now highly recommend this pillowCheersRKPULII

With the odd shape, I thought I would need some time to get used to it. It turned out to be the most comfy pillow with the best support ever. No more neck or back pain. Best pillow in my life and will purchase again in the future!
