WAY more comfortable to use than an ab roller on one wheel (handles on the sides, you know what I mean!?). Knee rest pad was a game changer that I didn't even realize I was getting. Very sturdy and easy to use, but you can make it more difficult with an added dumbbell while you workout. Love it!

The Ab Dolly is wildly overpriced for what it offers. The wheels aren’t smooth—they stick and jerk, making movements feel awkward. For the cost, you’d expect a premium feel.
