I sometimes have trouble sleeping so I tried this. The taste is pleasant, the quality good and most of all I get to have a good night sleep , waking up feeling the effects great and easy to use.

I have a high fat content it usually takes a lot of any types of health products to effect me.This magnesium has a great taste, great value for the price, easy to use. Take as directed, maybe earlier, before bed, you will need an 8 hrs of sleep, I'm drowsy the next day, its the most powerful product I've ever taken.

I didn’t think about taking a magnesium supplement till I heard how this mineral is vitalIn supporting our body’s on a daily basis.Its important to take magnesium with D3, K2 for they support each other. I definitely see a difference. I. I highly recommend this product. Trish

I just received this today, so I am unable to comment just yet on any part of it's effectivity. The pineapple taste is surprisingly quite good - I was expecting an oily taste with perhaps a hint of fruitiness.However, I am a bit confused by the dosing and instructions provided on the bottle. As you can see from the two pics I've provided, the Label shows that the "Serving Size" is 2ml and the bottle contains 30 servings. However, when you read the actual instructions, we are told to take 1ml, either as a whole or .50ml twice, and hold under the tongue for 20sec. I reviewed the actual Amazon posting and found somewhere where it mentioned taking "up to 2ml's daily", but this should be on the actual product! So, this all being said, unless you take the "Serving Size" of 2ml, you will not be getting "Amount Per Serving" as is listed on the label.

I’ve used this product for ages now and the pineapple type is great!The strawberry, though, I cannot even choke down and now I’m stuck with two bottles (I keep one in my car and one in the house) that are opened and essentially unusable. They are legitimately that terrible tasting!This isn’t cheap, so I’m very displeased and may have to consider a change of manufacturer for my magnesium.Yuck 🤢
