This is one of our most used toddler item (his play kitchen is up there with this). Our son has used it daily since he was 10 months old (he is now 27mo) and it's been a game changer to making him feel part of cooking time while keeping my hands free. What we love about it: - easy to assemble: It comes nearly fully assembled since it folds flat which made it so easy to set up. - steps can easily be unhooked for a more versatile use; we can easily unhook the steps and use them for something else, like a step stool for cleaning hands in the bathroom (with close supervision!) - Solid & easy to clean. The top bar on the step side is sturdy and holds well, adding security from falls (& also when you have two toddlers fighting/pushing each other in it 😅) - the black/white board "wall" easily unhooks so one can flip it around, but also makes it easier to get in the corners & clean - black board has been fun to use (we haven't used the white board as markers need closer supervision!) - very sturdy: we never had any fear that it could tip over - easy to put away (through we haven't done that much since we use it various times a day) Downsides - the safety net seemed a bit annoying to clip on/off so we never bothered using it. We have wood floors so weren't as worried about falls, and the top bar worked great at keeping our son safe in the early days when he was wobbly. - magnet of the little wood stick to move the balls is indeed a bit weak so hard to play with, but this accessory toy was just a plus for us, not the main reason for getting this tower. We don't see any issues with the balls being able to fall out from the tower so haven't had any small part swallowing concern. His 6 year old cousin could easily make the magnet stick & balls work, so while a bit challenging with a weak magnet, a slightly older kid can still use it and be entertained. - after ~1.5years, the black & white boards have started to separate a bit from the center plywood around some edges (due from daily cleaning which humidifies these edges: this also tells me they probably used a water based/safer glue that is less strong then other more toxic ones) but this is something that can easily be fixed by regluing or taping the edges. Overall, we're very happy we invested more in a tower that felt more stable and safe (with less risks of falling out from the inside with closed sides) & would recommend this one in a heartbeat! Makes kitchen activities so much easier! I was skeptical my fifteen month old velcro child would allow herself to be set in this but she did. She actually asks to go in it. Assembly was pretty straightforward. It’s sturdy. It does fold down easy to get out of the way. It’s really been a great purchase and I wish I would’ve bought it sooner!

This is a great little unit. Well built. Has a blackboard (that you can remove). The steps basically lock in , or you can have them removed. The fencing piece (not sure what to call it) is also great because it prevents the child falling out by accident but can be removed as the child gets older. It can be pushed up flush to the counter too because of the way the legs are desgigned. Very stable. The magnet on the side is a bit weak though.

This product is almost a 5 star, but there was some warping on the plastic where the magnetic ball game is. I’ll have to put some screws in it. My 1 year old loves it, though. The gears keep him busy when not in the tower, and he will eventually be old enough to try the magnet ball game. The stairs ARE a little steep, so we monitor him when getting in and out (he still hasn’t figured out how to get out safely on his own and did fall 1 time trying to go head first). ALWAYS secure the netting (which as other reviewers pointed out could have better buckles, but so far they work and that’s what matters). My husband put this tower together without too much hassle. Overall, I am happy with this product.

My son is 17 months and so far has loved this tower. So have I. I love that it was easy to assemble and came with grip pads to go on the bottom. My son rocks back and forth a lot when he is excited and even with him doing that, this tower had held strong. It has two adjustable height options, which is perfect for growing babies! It’s sturdy and strong even though it’s foldable. That was something I was worried about before purchasing. I like that the stool can lock in place to the whole unit and is removable to use around the house. It feels very safe and the net is tight against the unit. My boy loves the interactive toys. Even though he’s too young to use the magnetic maze, I wasn’t and had fun playing with it myself. I highly recommend this.

Has worked great!! Grand child loves it, mom enjoys it. Let’s her work in the kitchen while keeping little bit involved and safe at the counter. The wider foot print helps to keep it stable. Wide enough for little bit to sit down when wants to take a rest. Them right back at it helping fix dinner, lol. Would probably work great in the garage helping to work on the trucks as well.

Just got this for my 19 month old because she’s been getting more curious in the kitchen when I cook. She also would get kind of fussy while I cook so this is a nice distraction since it has some activities on the sides of it and I can set it up against the counter as well. I live that the stairs (stool) detaches so she can use it elsewhere and it folds up nicely so I can tuck it against the wall at the end of the day or when I’m cleaning. It’s pretty sturdy, and was easy to put together!

Overall, we’ll be keeping this toddler tower and using it for both kids, but it has some drawbacks. It’s not great for small kitchens, especially if you need to move it frequently, as it’s bulky and not easy to tuck away. It also needs to be pressed firmly against the counter because it shifts side to side, which can be a concern. There’s a possibility that a toddler reaching over the counter could pinch their belly if the tower isn’t positioned correctly. While it serves its purpose, better stability and mobility would make it more user-friendly.
