Liquid I.V. Hydration Electrolytes, Acai Berry, 16 Count

These have been a staple in my daily work life. As a welder, I don't get many chances to stop and drink, and it's always hot where I'm working. I never feel thirsty when drinking these, they taste great, no issues with the poops like I have some other drinks like these, they keep me hydrated through the day so I'm never feeling tired, and definitely effective. They are a little pricy, but definitely worth it.

I love this stuff! I have never been a big water drinker. I am a Diet Coke addict, but dc doesn’t count as water, so on many occasions I have become severely dehydrated. This causes intense swelling in my hands, legs, and feet. And, if I let it get bad enough, my brain will get foggy. Obviously this is not good. I stumbled onto an ad for Liquid IV on FB. I read about it and ultimately ordered it cos it said each stick/powder provided 3x the hydration of water alone. That sounded like a win to me! And let me tell you what!! First of all, it tastes pretty good. I ordered the açaí berry and it was nicely sweet and tart. I usually end up using more than the instructed 16oz of water b/c of the size bottle I use, but it tastes fine. Just not as flavorful as if I only used 16oz., but let’s be real here. What’s the goal? Intense flavor or hydration? So, i started drinking 2-3 packs a day in within two days i was completely NOT swollen. And my hydration levels were climbing (my scale measures body fat and hydration levels). I read some product reviews and people were complaining that there is sugar and sodium in this product. I get that some people need to watch for these things, and if you do, I’m glad you are vigilant and pay attention cos we really do only get one body. I don’t need to watch for these things and I am beyond satisfied with this product! Just the mental clarity i have when i choose this over a Diet Coke. I feel so much better, almost immediately. Anyway, my body is craving water as I type, so I’m out, but you should definitely check this out! I’m on my second order and got the variety pack so I can see which flavor i like best. this is a must need for hot summer days or long days at work when you are in a rush. taste is not as strong as other flavors but still good. in the summer i like to blend it with water and ice to make a slushie while sitting in the sun

Great taste but a little pricy. Sam's club sells a box of 24-28 for $25. Sadly they're limited to sellections.

I still really like the brand and the product overall, but this particular flavor isn’t my favorite. It’s a bit too sweet for my personal taste, so I often end up mixing it with other flavors or adding something else to balance it out. Even so, it still does what it’s supposed to do, and I appreciate the consistency and quality I’ve come to expect. I’d still give it 5 stars overall, just not the flavor I reach for most often.

My best friend and I have been drinking 2 5ths of whiskey every weekend for about 8 years now ( I know unhealthy, I'll chill it in a couple years when I have kids get bent). I just turned 25 this week. When we were younger we bounced back from a night of drinking fast. Now adays I have to drink 3 gallons of water, pray to the whiskey gods and eat a whole pack of tums to remember what being a human feels like and function properly. We bought the lemon lime pack of liquid IV and we literally can't go back, I work in It and work long hours normally 6 days a week and thought being perpetually tired was just part of being an adult. Little did I know, with the power of liquid IV I haven't felt this healthy since I was 15 and hadnt started smoking, drinking and had a stressful job yet. I drink a pack with 16oz of water every morning when I wake up for work ( I don't drink coffee). I've never felt so awake and focused all day in my life. It cuts hangovers in half, I don't feel as groggy during the day anymore. I'd sell my soul for an endorsement of this stuff I've never felt so hydrated in my life, I could walk the Sahara with a pack of this stuff. All 3 flavors are wonderful. $23 for a pay periods worth of not feel like garbage powder is worth every penny. If you're looking for a hang over cure chug a bunch of this before you go to bed, I sometimes chase with liquid IV you'll have your weekends returned to you. YOURE GONNA BE HYDRATED AF BOI.

Works great to drink during a workout or for a hangover or even while drinking add this to 12oz of water and chug it down. Taste is good, dissolves after mixing, good value for what it does and the texture is good as easily dissolves. I use my little electric mixer.
