We love this travel steamer so much and when we had guests come to stay with us for a wedding we were happy to share it with them. Everyone loved it so much they kept asking where to get it and if they could borrow it again.

My job is really strict about making sure our uniforms are ironed and wrinkle free, so this has been a huge game changer. It's so much quicker and space saving than a traditional iron and board, and I can easily give my uniform a quick steam if it gets a little wrinkled out if the laundry. One of my favorite presents to myself this year.

I sell clothing for a living and my steamer recently stopped working. I desperately needed a new one. I was extremely impressed at how fast this one heats up! Most of all I was super impressed how well it worked. One pass and all the wrinkles are gone. Highly recommend this steamer!

I ordered this steamer to use while traveling. You clothes get wrinkled while in the suitcase and I wanted an easy way to make them look presentable while on a trip.The steamer is quite powerful and lets out a big burst of steam. It heats up in a matter of seconds and is ready to use. It's easy fill and seal the water basin. Then just attach it to the back of the device. The seal it tight and it does not leak.It can be used on an ironing board or on clothes that are on a hanger. The steam and brush bristles design works well to smooth out wrinkles. You may need to go over areas a few times if wrinkles persist. The type of fabric will also impact the speed of the wrinkle removal. Be patient, you will see results.The steamer is easy to travel with, but it is definitely on the larger side and not very light. It plugs into a standard outlet.Overall, this is a decent steams that is a bit heavy to traveling. It works to remove wrinkles, but is not as effective as an iron. Depending on the material and condition of the item, it may take more time to see results.

First time using one steamer and I don't regret. At least this one is very good and the price is razonable. Highly recommended

This is such a handy gadget to have when you need to quickly spruce up some of your clothes without having to set up a clothes iron – here’s my experience with the Hometop Steamer:𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲𝗱:• Easy to set up and it heats up quickly – the manual states that it takes about 20 seconds to heat up for use which is about right. Conveniently, there are two lights on the top of the unit: the amber light is lit when the steamer is heating up and the blue light is lit when it is ready to use. The steam button can also be pressed in for continuous steam.• The water reservoir (which is a separate piece that snaps into the back of the steamer) holds a little more than ½ cup of water – this gave me about 8 minutes of steam which was long enough work on about 2 or 3 garments before needing to refill the reservoir.•The steamer folds up nicely for storage.• The steamer did a very good job of quickly removing wrinkles on most of the garments I tested it on (see the before and after photos of a suit coat and a women’s top). Your clothes may not look as good as if they were dry cleaned and pressed, but the steamer will certainly make your clothes presentable in a pinch. Additionally, you won’t get ironing marks like you do when trying to get out wrinkles using a regular clothes iron.𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵:• I was unable to steam out wrinkles on a 100% cotton shirt, however, I’m not going to deduct any points for this as 100% cotton garments are next to impossible to get completely wrinkle free, even when using a clothes iron or putting your garment into a clothes dryer (as least in my experience).• The opening in the reservoir for pouring in the water is only about ¼” wide, so it’s easy to spill water unless you’re very careful. I think this opening could have been wider.• The steamer includes a brush attachment for removing hair and lint on your clothes as you steam them, but I found that it really didn’t do a good job. The suit coat that I used it on had some fine cat hairs on it (from our pet cat) and it only picked a couple of hairs at most, so don’t rely on this to get your clothes lint and hair-free (I instead like my tried-and-true method of using tape for this purpose).• The steamer can leave your clothes slightly damp from the steam, so you may need to allow a few minutes for the dampness to evaporate from the garment(s) before wearing.Overall, I’m very happy with this steamer and think it’s a keeper. I can see this being especially useful when traveling so you can quickly get wrinkles out of clothes that were packed in a suitcase.

The media could not be loaded.  This steamer is ok, but not the best I’ve ever used. It’s quite heavy for a travel steamer, but doesn’t really put out as much steam as I’d hoped. I have to work on a wrinkled shirt for nearly 10 minutes until I start to see a difference in wrinkles. It’s possible I got a dud, since almost every other review is positive…The positive is the ease of use. You just take the water chamber off the back, fill with distilled water, snap it back on, plug in, push button, and you’re ready to steam. Just wish it was more powerful.
